Peclet-Polset Refuge (2747m), Vanoise Tarentaise

At Peclet-Poslet refuge, in the Pralognan Vanoise region, you can experience an overnight stay in the height of the mountains, sleeping at 2747 metres.

The refuge is open during spring (from mid-March to the beginning of May upon reservation only), when it is popular with ski tourers, and in summer (from mid-June to September). It has a friendly ambiance and sleeps up to 84 people in large dormitories. Accommodation is on a half-board, B&B or bed-only basis and the restaurant is open during the day for lunch and snacks. Picnics can be provided on request.

Facilities include indoor toilets, hot showers and bedding although, for hygiene reasons, you are requested to bring your own sheet or sleeping bag liner. Recent renovation works have equipped the refuge with new electrics and solar panels to provide efficient and eco-friendly energy sources.

Please enquire directly for this season's prices and opening/closing dates. There is a winter room available out of season that sleeps 16 people - bedding is provided but there are no cooking/washing facilities and no running water.

The refuge cannot accept card payments, so please ensure that you have sufficient cash.
