Val Thorens is part of the huge Three Valleys area and offers a wide variety of choices for mountain bikers heading here in summer. At the head of the valley you can ride at an altitude of around 2,500m with routes leading down into Les Menuires (1,850m) and all the way down to St Martin de Belleville on the valley floor at 1,400m.

And if you don't have all the gear, you can rent it when you get here either through your accommodation provider or through local sports shops and mountain bike guides.
