The Festivaltho based at Les Chalet du Thorens and Bar 360 is now in it’s eight year. Expect a mix of styles with electo, house, techno and trance from International artists Quentin Mosimann, Superfunk, Christian Sims, John ReVox, Getdown and DJ’s Naomie K, Morgan Nagoya and Oriska.

There is also a Big Air Bag next to the festival if you feel up to the challenge. Taking place Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with fireworks on the last day to end the celebrations. Oh, did I mention, it’s free!

As part of Freeride Week in Les Menuires there is live music from 4.30pm on Tuesday and 4pm on Wednesday outside the sports club. Also on Wednesday is a showing of the Bon Appetit Derby the local skiing duo who became a Youtube hit. The film is shown in the Leo Lacroix Hall at 6pm and you can also meet Fabian and Victor the mountain guides.

It’s not a week of après in VT without some jazz and opera! So on Tuesday at 6.30pm there is a free concert at the church from Isabelle Devigne who sings opera and classical. Then on Friday at the Mercure hotel there is another in the series of jazz concerts that have taken place this season with the group, Les Toiles à Matelas. A free concert, just settle yourself in Bar Le Refuge at the hotel and…enjoy.
