This property is perhaps suited to those with their own transport but there is public transport available. It is spread out over the first and second floor of a traditional village building and it has lots of charm.

There is an open plan lounge with sofa and chairs, TV, DVD and PlayStation 2, plus a CD player. There is also a wood burning stove to keep you extra cosy in the evenings. The kitchen is open plan to the lounge and fully equipped with gas oven, a four ring gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge. The dining room is separate to the lounge and has a dining table and chairs for 4 people. Also on the first floor is a shower room with toilet.

There is a separate area to store boots and skis and the apartment shares a sunny courtyard with the neighbouring house.

There is free parking available in the village, with the nearest only 100m away from the apartment. There is also a general bus service that runs from Moutiers to Val Thorens and the bus stop is at the foot of the village. It is approximately a 10 min trip to St Martin de Belleville, from where you can access the Les Menuires and Meribel ski domains. It is a 15-20 min drive to Les Menuires and about 25 mins to Val Thorens. There is free parking at St Martin de Belleville, Les Menuires, and the Val Thorens lower station.

St Jean de Belleville is a lovely and peaceful traditional village. There is a post office and school in the village as well as the Mairie's office, but no shops or restaurants. There is a restaurant in the neighbouring village just 2km away.
